Indoor Forest Therapy

Indoor forest therapy sessions use immersive tabletop vivariums—living, miniature forest ecosystems—to bring the grounding energy of nature indoors. These sessions offer a calming, sensory-rich space for stillness, presence, and connection - especially during those cold winter months.
